Ordered a refurbished HP system at a fantastic price, shipping, packaging and quality met expectations without exceeding them. My only qualms are that the restore disk came on a consumer quality CD. I ordered a hard drive from them on 11/2/11 and it arrived about a week later. Only it was the WRONG drive and HALF the size. First they dragged their feet when I asked about returning it. After I was finally able to return it they STILL haven't refunded me...A MONTH LATER. They're response is that I should "Please wait, we'll keep you posted." WORST COMPANY EVER. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!	Overall Rating

I think: they advertise prices that are too good to be true, then cancel the order hoping the customer will call for an upsell. Bait and switch. My system was down on a Sunday. I knew that we would closed for Monday and half of tuesday. My Server Power Supplies in a 1600 Dell server BOTH failed. ALLHDD not only had an amazing price, but the product was new, not referb. It was delivered right away, and I am up and running. Thank you so much for being there. I will come back FOR SURE!!!
