After receiving 2 copies of Dreamweaver CS4 (supposedly full retail versions) they arrived in DVD cases without a box or shrink wrap. When I called them and asked about this they reassured me that Adobe was sending them the product just as I received it, without a box or shrink wrap in an effort to promote green packaging. I didn't trust that explanation so I called the Adobe customer service and asked them about the packaging, they told me that they absolutely do NOT ship retail packaging with out it's proper box and shrink wrap. I gave them the serial numbers on the DVD cases and was told by Adobe that they were both in fact academic versions of the software. What this merchant is doing is extracting the Adobe dreamweaver software in it's DVD case from academic packages which clearly state that it is academic and selling and shipping them as full retail versions. This is dishonest and deceitful. Retailer Response (03/16/2009): We do not sell academic nor do our products say academic version on them. Mr. Shook clearly was angry at the fact that the DVD case came with no box or wrapping. Our products are original and sealed. We also paid for the freight charges express on the RMA, which we had shipped his on standard mode. Plus we reimbursed him within a weeks time. After verifying that the software wasn't indeed activated with adobe. We believe we took care of Mr. Shook's problem promptly and in a professional matter. Our company stand by making sure our clients are always satisfied and we believe in repeat business.	Overall Rating
