Difficult to contact. Some drop downs do not allow comment on site as they are not set up. Requested prompt shipping as work depended on it (no express service available) Only after writing them I received notice that the delay was due to a death in the Company and that they would send the Microsoft 7 Office Suite that was already weeks overdue. So I was patient. Now when I try to install, it continues to fail. This is next to a nightmare and makes me question some of the positive reviews listed. Wish I had spent a few dollars more and dealt with an actual company and not what seems to be some sort of home operation. I don't like writing a negative review but this has cost me allot of time and $$$ not to mention the cost of the product and there is no resolution in sight. I want a refund. I will write an update if possible once I hear from this vendor Retailer Response (08/26/2011): Thank you for your comments in this type of business we can not please everyone. Yes we did have a death in our company. No this is not a home business. Yes we have express shipping when you request for it and its extra on you invoice bill. Yes we contacted you every time we got an email from you. Its bad that you try to tarnish our image at a time that we are grieving. If you had death in your work place you to will feel the blow! If you would like a refund fine we can issue you one. A life lost cannot be brought back but yet you are talking about a nightmare! Yes you have gotten us at a very bad time in our work atmosphere. Thank you for all of what you said. Please customers how could you move as quick when one of the top board of MGT. has gone to a better place. You be the Judge. |

I searched the internet looking for a reaonably priced version of Microsoft Office Prof. 2003. I found this site and ...BOOM, there it is!!!! Yay!! Thank you sooo much!!! You have made my WEEK!!! If I need anything else, I will check you 1st!!!! UPDATE on that statement!! It took 11 buiness days to get here, and when it got here it I put it in , entered the Product Key and it said "INVALID PRODUCT KEY"....I have tried contacting them and am yet to recieve an answer from them. I paid 73.00 for NOTHING!!!! I will NOT use them again! I am VERY dissatisfied!!!!! Retailer Response (06/06/2011): We resolved the issue with u with many email responses and sent out a new copy. This was your email reply to us at ufctech.. Thank you, I did try to contact you more than once and never got any reply. Thank you for the new CD I appreciate it, but I got another one. I will be sending the new one back to you. I hate that we had problems....I do not like problems..... I emailed 2 times. I needed the product then, I could not wait any longer. Thank you and have a blessed day If you send me a way to review you again, I will give a better one. I was a bit upset on the last one as you can understand. |
