The initial tab displayed was USPS with a cost of $46.00+. The FedEx tab for the same shipment showed a charge of $28.00+. Had I missed the optional shipping tab, I would have wasted $18.00. Plus, with more than half of the shipping options, the shipping cost was more than the item i was purchasing...which is pretty ridiculous. Also, parts of the site were unsecured and unencrypted during the payment process. Everything else on the site seemed to be professional and structured very well.	Overall Rating

The key is information first, shipping charges and THEN method of payment. I was almost duped by another site which, in my initial query for the ordered product, had the lowest shipping charge turned out not to be the case. Honesty, being forthright and upfront explainations of all details are the key to a successful merchant. So far, TekDragon has succeeded!	Overall Rating

A short time later I followed up on the order via email to see when it might arrive. I received a reply back saying the item was out of stock and that they would cancel my order. Less than a week later I see the exact SAME item on the site for $225.00 more. Unbelievable. I wrote to the vendor and asked what happened and if they would honor my original order at the price I ordered it for since they now have the item in stock. They advised that it was a closeout deal and that they cannot honor the price I bought it for originally. They should have informed me when I ordered that it was out of stock and contacted me about the order. When he told me to check back next week he failed to mention the price would go up by $225.00. Buyer Beware!!!! Retailer Response (02/06/2009): Stephanie ordered an HP Desktop that was on close out special. Close out specials are anywhere from 10-50% off of regular price. These items have very limited stock and disappear very quickly. She debated her purchase for 2 days before she actually ordered. Unfortunately, by the time she ordered the close out deal it was no longer available and all units were sold out. We contacted her by email and phone immediately to give her options. She decided to cancel the order and see what other deals might come out later. The same exact model was never back out on special it was only available through regular distribution pricing. During this time period we gave her several options for similar models and she was never interested.	Overall Rating
