Really appears to be a quality piece
Strengths: Cast & extruded Aluminum, good fit and finish with smooth functioning, a flipper door closes when carrier is removed closing the frame, carrier has the fan, carrier top is removable for open top use.
Weakness: Lock is wired and may require locking to run but could be easily fixed by jumpering the plug. No shock mounting in carrier.
Pulled this out of our storage area and had never seen it before but based on apparent quality have ordered two more. The extraction effort is very low which is a nice change from some of the other CRU units. The handle leverages the extraction when raised (raising the handle when powered will take the drive off-line). The lock up is really smooth and the key switch appears to be overkill, especially being wired. I'll try and append to this when I've got some usage time.
