Make sure you have a quality controller.
Strengths: 3TB of space.High Performace.Good Price.Quiet.Low Heat.6Gbps interface.
Weakness: Compatablity with some controller due to capacity.No included controller (like WD).
I purchased 4 of these drives for a raid 5 array. Found out that they don't work with nvidia's nvraid controllers. So had to purchase one. Once on a quality controller these drives are wonderful.
