Reviews for Touch Panel Phone with Speaker and Caller ID

Did you get help with this problem - it is my problem also!!

you must be talking about a different phone, cuz this one has nothing close to talking caller ID, or changeable ringtones.

I bought this phone yesterday and it seems to work fine, the only problem I have is that the talking caller ID doesn't seem to work, (it's the phone that has that feature), and neither does the caller ID itself although I have that through my telephone company. Does anyone know anything about this telephone, the directions leave a lot to be desired in my opinion. I have another telephone with talking caller ID, could that be why that feature isn't working on this telephone??? I really like the design and purchased it for my granddaughter because of the caller ID feature's and am disappointed that they don't seem to be working.

I PURCHASED 4 OF THESE PHONES AT THE SAME TIME THINKING THESE WERE NICE .BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO TROUBLE SHOOT PROBLEMS AND THERE IS NO PHONE # TO CONTACT ANYONE WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE ON HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PHONE. ONE ONE PHONE IT CONSTANTLY SOUNDS LIKE IT IS REDIALING 3 OR 4 DIGIT NUMBERS ONLY. AND ON THE OTHER PHONES I CAN ONLY GET A FAST BUSY SIGNAL. AT THIS TIME WE CAN'T RECEIVE ANY INCOMING CALLS NOR MAKE ANY OUT GOING CALLS SO NOW I HAVE TO GO AN BUY ANOTHER PHONE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I JUST WISH THERE WAS A WEB SITE FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING OR A PHONE # TO CALL.

How do you get it to stop that annoying beeping that occurs every few seconds-- sounds like it wants to dial by itself.

i think i know what problem you're having. the switch under the handset is sensitive, and has a clicking feel to it. when your phone gets bumped, it's enough to jostle the handset around, so the switch gets enough room to pop up a little, and because of the clicker's resistance it doesn't go back down. thus, your speaker gets cut off.

We have had this phone for some time and are very pleased with it.
The only problem I have now, our are wants us to add the area code for dialing out and also to change a phone number seems impossible to do. I have the very limited 'OPERATING MANUAL', but nowhere does it tell you how to delete and change the numbers stored.
Can some body help

umm you just pick up the phone. if the speakerphone is active, picking up the handset will make it switch. to switch back to speakerphone, push the speakerphone button ONCE (it will not switch immediately) and hang up; the speakerphone will kick in automatically.

I am trying to help an older lady with this phone however, I am helping over the phone. is there a speaker phone button? she keeps reading only a hands free button to me. she wants to use the speakerphone capability. can anyone help me who has the phone and knows how to do this? thank you

speaker phone is the same as the hands-free button.

I understand you can use 2 lines on this phone. How do you do this. I am planning to get vonage and want to use the same phone for both my vonage and land line. If this is not possible is there an adapter you can get to use one phone with 2 lines

I just purchased an Innovage Phone.Unfortunately there was not a manual booklet in the assembly box.

Can someone tells me how how to lower the ringer tone and mute the phone totally?

Some of you do have copy of the manual can someone e-mails it to me.

i don't understand why you are all posting replies to ME asking for the manual. cuz i don't think i ever said i had it. if some of you would read the other posts in here, your questions might already be answered. and if the rest of you can't make out the manual that somebody posted above, i can't help ya there.

in other words, i have no manual.
but i just figured out stuff on my own.

I have the Operation Manual for this phone however some things are not clear. To switch from 12 to 24 hour mode it states to hold down the up & down buttons for 3 seconds to change between 12/24 and you most be at the main display screen.
What is the main display screen?? I have tried them all.

I DONT WE HAVE A CLUE WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE. MOST PEOPLE SAY THEY NEED A MANUAL. ONE GUY THINKS EVERYBODY IS WRITING TO HIM. THE ONE PERSON WHO HAS A MANUAL EITHER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO GET IT TO US SINCE THE ONE POSTED IS TOO FUZZY AND WE DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT FROM HIM. THIS SITE HAS NO PLACE TO CONTACT THEM. Hello, my neighbors across the street has bought one of these phones and couldn't get it to work, so they came to me for help. I've gotten as far as to being able to accept incoming calls and being able to join outgoing calls started from another phone in the house. My only problem is making an outgoing call from this LCD phone. I can dial in a phone number and the phone will make the tones for the numbers, but it will still give the dial tone after my dialing and then after five seconds, the operator comes on and gives her "If you'd like to make a call. . ." speech. If anyone could give help as to how to make outgoing calls with this phone, I'd appreciate it.

This message is for gmail (I don't know your user name). How did you manage to set up the date and time. I bought this yesterday, while I can use the phone (receive incoming call and make calls) but not able to set up anything. Please let me know how do I set up various functions, if you know. Thanks.

Hey folks just experiment around with the buttons or a combination thereof.

I managed to set a few options by just pressing them.

No use in asking for a manual when no one is providing one.

Really surprised to see all this feedback. Phone looks like it has a pretty sleek layout.

I found it by mistake, turn your hand free on, then hit the delete button, this will change the volume from 1-4.
