Good Laptop...great bang for the buck!

Strengths: Bright Screen, super decent price at 499.99AR, good size for traveling.

Weakness: Battery life could be longer, its slow loading and shutting down with 512mb of ram (I bought a Kingston 1 gig upgrade and it has since gotten faster), keyboard layout is strange at first.

I really like this laptop. This is my first laptop and I didnt want to spend a lot of money on it. I'll be mainly using it for school work and movies. Because I'll be lugging it back and forth from school, the 14inch size is perfect and fits in my school bag nicely. At 5.2 pounds, its relatively lite compared to 15.4 inch laptops, and it is much lighter than my microbiology or anatomy physiology book!

I dont like that this laptop gets pretty hot after 2 hours of operation. The fan doesnt really distract me that much. If you buy this laptop, an additional 1 gig of memory is a must!

Satellite M115-S3094 Notebook

Strengths: The LCD is bright, the CPU is very fast (well, at least faster than my centrino-M 1.8G Hz), the machine is built solidly.

Weakness: RAM is only 512MB, however, that should not be a real problem since you can add one extra RAM.

I bought this laptop last week at CompUSA for $704 out of the door. The laptop is great at gaming, I have tried the CS, WOW, NBA and NFL at it. So far so good.

Good laptop for basic need, 512 MB memory is not...

Strengths: battery life, DVD-burner, screen brightness, four USB sockets at convenient positions, SD card slot

Weakness: more memory is needed, too much useless software preinstalled. keys are little bit small. No microphone installed.

Got this from Circuitcity. Works great for the past two months. It is a lot better (no wonder) than my old Dell Inspiron 4150, which died after 4 years.

Pros: DVD-burner, 4 USB sockets (2 at the right side and 2 at the back) are very convenient. SD card slot is a plus, considering it is the most popular flash card format, battery life is good.

Cons: you definitely need more memory to fully explore the potential of this machine. The layout of the keyboard is not standard, takes some time to get used to it. The key size is a bit small, and will be a problem for people with big fingers. There are a lot of pre-installed softwares, useless to me and make the machine slow.

Take home message: a good choice for basic tasks, remember to find a good deal.

Nice Satellite M115-S3094 Notebook

Strengths: Economical, Powerful to handle things we do everyday, Centrino core Due, nice card reader

Weakness: Little heavy than expected. Looks are not very attractive.

We just purchased this laptop some days back and we like it. Very nice thing about this laptop is, it is very economical. Multi-Card reader is very useful. Also it makes less noise with CDs than our old laptop. I will recommend it to everyone.

Great little laptop

Strengths: Light, nice screen, perfect size, easy to set up for the novice

Weakness: Battery, keyboard layout, fan noise

This is a great little notebook for a budget shopper. Upon opening up the box, I had it up and running on the internet within 10 minutes.
The screen is nice and bright. I think the 14" size is just perfect - not too small to watch movies and not too large for traveling.
Although I'm sure others would beg to differ, I do like some of the Toshiba-installed utility tools such as the ConfigFree Launcher and Toshiba Power Saver Properties that lets you adjust settings based on what you're doing - watching movies, gaming, normal use, long-life use, etc...
Definitely recommend it!

Fast and powerful

Strengths: Fast CPU, large and fast HDD. Bright screen. Quiet keyboard

Weakness: Can get a little bit warm. Lack of graphic power. Ram is small

Best core duo laptop for the money so far. Fast and powerful. Ram size is not impressive but you can always add one stick as there is an empty slot available.
I am happy with it.

A nice, right-priced laptop

Strengths: This laptop isn't too expensive, and it carries a lot of great specs. I like that it's has a 14" widescreen.

Weakness: -The fan on the left slide goes off periodically to let out the hot air, but it is pretty loud. -No bluetooth

I didn't like the orginial startups of the laptop. Toshiba installed a lot of useless programs that I had to remove with mscongif, so the windows startup would be faster. Other than that, I like this laptop. It's decently priced and has a lot of great features.

TOSHIBA M115-S3094

Strengths: Light, only 5.3lbs, powerful, core duo t2050, good looking

Weakness: No

My first core duo laptop. It is amazing fast! With 512MB memory, 80GB hard drive. It has no problems to watch HDTV. My old laptop stuck when playing HDTV, this one does not let me down. Core duo is definitely a better choice than single core processors. The LCD is also more bright, the picture looks vivid.

Nice for those wanting multi-tasking ability

Strengths: Multi-tasking. Can run many programs at once - very little lag, if any

Weakness: low ram - decided to install another 512MB to make it a 1Giger.

Very nice laptop - my first. My brother bought his for around $3500 about 8 years ago. This machine (of course) blows his out of the water! Nice multi-tasking machine.

Good laptop

Strengths: Very bright screen, only 5lb weight, very good price for 599.99 no rebate.

Weakness: None

I bought this one to replace my old Dell Inspiron 1100, compared to the old one, the screen is much brighter and computer faster, recommend for everyone, especially for the low 599.99 price.

Toshiba M115-s3094

Strengths: Full sized keyboard. Card reader. Bright screen. Hotkey and touchpad utilities.

Weakness: Harddrive is a little bit noisy and warm. LCD has some light leaking.

I purchased this laptop from Circuitcity and I love it except three things: HDD is noisy; hot; LCD is bright but has light leakage. Other than that, I am quite happy about it. I especially like the full sized keyboard and card reader. The touchpad is a little small but I can live with it.

satellite M115-S3094 Laptop

Strengths: Most cost effective core duo laptop right now.

Weakness: no

Amzing speed! Cost effective, some celeron laptop sold at the same price level, I cannot belive it. 14.1" is a good trade off between weight, size and letter size. The 12.1" lcd give too small font, so your eye would be tired soon. Only downside is fan is a little bit noisy.

Excellent laptop!

Strengths: Cost, display, sound quality, system build, speed, portable, wireless connectivity, battery life

Weakness: Fan noise, could use more memory but NOT NECCESSARY!

Okay, let me just say out right that 1GB is not necessary for any system running on Microsoft XP unless you are running memory intensive programs such as Photoshop or games with insane graphics. 1GB of memory is nice to have, but if you are just using the net and running standard applications, then upgrading to 1GB is not necessary. I have the regular configuartion of 512MB on this system and with the apps I use, this system could not be faster. Start-up takes less than one minute for FULL boot up. If I have it on hibernate mode it starts up right away and is ready to go. My old Dell Inspirion 2650 was running on 128MB of memory until it's recent death, and this Toshiba is a speed demon compared to the Inspiron, though the Inspiron still operated at a decent speed. So anyone who tells you that you NEED 1GB is seriously mistaken.

Aside from memory, this computer has many wonderful features that make it worth much more than it costs. First off, it has an awesome battery life for a six-cell battery. I can get over four hours with the screen on low brightness in power saver mode while using a word processor. This is important to me because I like using the laptop for taking notes during lectures that can sometimes last up to four hours.

This system definitely qualifies as an entertainment notebook. It has an amazing display, great speakers and a pretty decent graphics card. I saw this notebook at first while shopping around in stores, and the screen stood out from all the others. Again, unless you are an extreme gamer, you will be more than pleased with the graphics, display and sound quality of this notebook. In my opinion, it surpasses all of the competition.

This Toshiba picks up on wireless networks very easily on my campus. I have had no problems with that feature thus far. It is also very portable, though it could be more compact.

My only complaint with this notebook would be the fan could be a bit quieter, and Toshiba shouldn't load this thing with SO much bloatware. Otherwise, it is a PERFECT machine at a PERFECT price.

Cheap and powerful notebook.

Strengths: Great value/price ratio, decent performance, bright LCD screen.

Weakness: Cooling design could be better, no bluetooth, LCD lack contrast.

The LCD is very bright with glossy coating, but the viewing angle and contrast is not very good. After uninstalling all the free trial software, the performance of the machine is more than OK for normal usage. The fan is running at very low RPM most of the time, but will occasionally spin up to high RPM to blow out some hot air. 80G SATA Hard drive does not feel slow but emits quite a bit heat and noise Plastic exterior looks well built.

Nice laptop

Strengths: Fast processor & fully loaded features.

Weakness: insufficient graphic performance

I like this laptop because of the configurations and the price. It's a bargain to get a Core Duo laptop at $500. 4 USB ports, 1 firewire port and 5-in-1 card reader add more value to it. The only shortcoming is the graphics, which is Intel 950. A dedicate graphic card would have made this deal a steal.

Great Value Laptop

Strengths: Light for its size, small size, clear screen, good battery life, solid product, great wifi range, some good utilities installed.

Weakness: Screen glare. Multi-Card reader has some small downsides. No middle-click or scroll buttons (minor).

Great laptop for the value. It can be had for usually $599 without or with rebate, and in some cases $499 after rebate, even lower with pricematch.

The finish of the laptop is nice. It is speedy overall, but for some people, the 512MB RAM may not be enough. There are two slots, and another 512MB stick would be plenty for most.

Many people will take this kind of laptop, completely format it, and install a base Windows OS.

In this case, that is a BAD idea, especially if you're installing XP Pro. This comes with XP Media Center Edition, which is XP Pro with additional features.

Also, some of the utilities on the unit by Toshiba are actually not so bad.

I uninstalled all of the items that I was going to use, disabled many startup items, and was ready to go. I also made an image of the hard drive at that point, so I wouldn't have to go through the long process again.

Overall I really like it, the battery life is pretty good, especially scaled down (Toshiba has a good utility for doing this, better than built into windows).

The wireless card is very good, it picks up signals that desktop cards (albeit cheap ones) can't pick up as well from the same or less of a distance.

The touchpad by default is a little annoying. With my big fingers, I had to rub up against the side of the frame to scroll. I wish it wasn't sunk in so deep. However, I was able to fix that under the mouse settings. There is A LOT you can customize there, and A LOT of useful features. I am not usually one to do a lot of tweaking, but I AM SO HAPPY that I did with the touchpad.

Some have complained about the placement of some of the keys on the keyboard. I think the windows key is up to the top right if I recall correctly. No big deal, who cares. I only use that at work plus the letter L to lock my computer.

The size of the laptop is nice. When closed, the width from front to back is the same as my Averatec Ultra-Portable (4.3 lbs), it is just wider to facilitate the widescreen, but not overly wide.

The DVD burner worked fine for me in one test, but some have complained that it is slow. I don't care all too much bc I won't be burning DVDs on here much. That is what your desktop computer is for!

The multi card reader is ok. It wouldn't read my 4GB SD card, saying that it was not formatted. I am not sure if it is a limitation of the reader or not, but the card works fine in another device, and I have not had the chance to let this item format it. It worked ok with my 2GB SD card though. It is a shame it doesn't have a CF reader as well.

The card reader also works a bit differently than many. When nothing is in there, it doesn't have a drive letter or show anywhere. When you put it in, it creates the drive letter via software. This is kind of nice, but it is a downside, because you can't make changes to the volume from disk management.

Can you please explain what you mean by "made an image of the hard drive"? Thanks.

Good Laptop with a Software Flaw !!

Strengths: Price, screen

Weakness: software

I bought this laptop recently and it was very easy to get it started. The Screen is very good. But the problems started when my Internet Explorer stopped responding ( Hanged) and it started happing randomly and frequently. So, I switched my browser to Firefox but with the same result. The Firefox browser also hanged randomly and that would cause the Task Manager to also stop responding for a minute , before i could kill the firefox process.

I've had the same problems. I bought it from bestbuy. after a week internet explorer started to give error messages and stopped responding. and two weeks later hard drive (80 GB sata, not ide) gave a read error. I'm not sure if these two problems are related. the bad thing is now I'm living in Turkey and it has 1 year limited warranty.
I replied your review to know if you have the same problem. could you please let me know.

Strengths: very nicely platic build. screen is very bright. nice programs that come with manufacturer. finger pad very smooth.

Weakness: super slow. not worth the price. wait and get the new core 2 duo. keyboard feels like cheap plastic

it would be alot better if you waited until black friday to get this laptop for free. usb ports are on right hand side which may interfere with mouse. definitely good price. get what you pay for.

Nice Laptop!!!

Strengths: Overall Size, Screen Size, Features, Type of Processor, Wifi, Price

Weakness: Noise of Fan and Drive, Battery Life

This is my first laptop and I am very pleased with it! I have been using Toshiba televisions and other electronics for years, so I knew a Toshiba laptop would be a great investment. Plus for a lower end Duo Core processor, you get a great deal!

The Pros - Great overall Widescreen size - screen is colorful, crisp and adjustable. If it's too small to read, it has a magnifier that adjusts proportionally. Has a dvd burner, big Sata 80 gig hard drive, great processor, hot buttons for several processes (dvd/cd, contrast adjustment, etc.) Has plenty of USB ports, lan and telephone jacks, 5 in 1 card reader, PC card slot, swtiches for wifi and sound. Speeds through application loading and such, even with just the 512 mb installed.

Cons - Somewhat noisy at times from fan and hard drive tinkling, especially in a very quiet environment. If you have a tv or music on though, it's pretty negligible. Can get hot around the touchpad, but I believe most laptops do. The battery life isn't excellent, but you can adjust the settings in the Power Saver to get the most out of it (I can get almost 4 hours out of it) or you could always buy a 9 cell battery. Most people say the ram is not sufficient, but I think it is for most standard functions.

I am very happy I bought this computer, it is worth every penny!

Toshiba M115-S3094

Strengths: Very nice screen. Name value. Easy to use.

Weakness: Design is not as super as sony.

I really like this computer. Previously I had sony and Dell. Sony is relatively so expensive. If you do not care about fancy looking, you can get Toshiba a lot cheaper for the same spec. If you happened to have a trouble with Dell customer service, which is not getting better, you won't buy from Dell either. So I am very happy about this Toshiba.

A good all-around budget computer

Strengths: Fast CPU, crisp screen, light weight, good ventillation, convenient cd/dvd playing function

Weakness: Wierd key board layout, CPU fan a little noise

I bought this computer a week ago and I found myself pretty happy with it.

Pros:

1). The Computer is fast. Although the CPU (core duo T2050) is in the low end of core duo family, it appears to be a strong chip with a lot of power. My desktop with a AMD 3400+ cannot play "step into liquid" HD WMV movie (free demo on Microsoft website) at 1080p without dropping frames. But this laptop does it just perfectly. Why? I think the duo core is part of the answer. Actually, I can see the CPU monitor show both cores run at around 60%-70% when playing that movie.

2), I like the screen. It's bright and crisp without even a single dead pixel. I thought the glossy coating might annoy me if I have to sit somewhere with lights going from my back. But, as it turns out, it's not that bad. You can adjust the screen angle a little bit, ususally either higher or lower, to solve the problem.

3) , It's light. Its 5.2 pound body definitely will not drag your elbow to the ground when you hold it. Well, it's not slim and light like a thinkpad with titanium case but the weight is pretty good for a 14" wide screen laptop. And if you took out the battery, you will feel even more release in your hand.

4) , Improved ventilation. Unlike previous Toshiba satellite models, the intake of CPU fan is no longer at the laptop buttom. I think this will bring much less dusts into the computer and cause less problems in the future. I really like this change.

5), Well equipped with convenient functions. It has almost everything your need in daily life, WIFI, card reader, IEEE1394 and so on. It also allows you play CD/dvd without starting windows XP. That's nice.

Cons:

1. The keyboard has a weird layout. For example, the windows key and right click key are on the top of the keyboard while the insert and delete keys were moved to the bottom right beside space key. This problem also exists for previous models. Toshiba, can you make your keyboard normal?

2. The CPU fan runs for several seconds in one or two minutes. I know it is a necessary job to keep the CPU cool. But I think the noise can be made less noticeable.

3.It is still a little bit bulky. I compared it with new HP and Compaq's laptops such as DV2000 or V3000 series. I found the latter are both narrower and slimmer.

If you are looking for a budget all around laptop with reasonable size and weight, I think it one should be in your list.

BTW, I got near 4 hour battery life for this laptop.

DVD/CD Drive Issues

Strengths: overall very good laptop. easy to use and lightweight

Weakness: dvd/cd drive plays garbled cds/dvds

Great notebook for the price

Strengths: Price, weight, battery life, hardware features (DVD Burner, Media Card Readers, TV Output, wireless network)

Weakness: Screen size, location of frequently used keys (Windows key comes to mind), and screen glare.

All in all this is a must purchase laptop @ the $599 price point.

I'm not a fan of preloaded utilities and software, so I always wipe the drive and reload the OS. In this case and many more to come in the future, make sure you create your restore disc(s) immediately after you turn it on.

Then store them in a safe place.

I had no problems loading XP Pro onto it, and make sure you write down the manufactures of some of your hardware before you wipe the drive, such as wireless networking adapter, etc.

Because the driver disc has at least 2 or 3 different wireless networking drivers and it will help if you know which one to install ahead of time.

The laptop weighs in at less than 5 lbs and allot of that weight savings comes from the smaller 14.1" screen and the decreased keyboard size which results in a smaller footprint.

The CPU fan isn't very distracting but could be if you are in a dead silent room.

Laptop comes with (1) 512MB memory module and greatly benefited from an additional 512MB upgrade for a total of 1024MB minus the memory it allocates to your onboard video.

Good product!

Strengths: Good product! very fast. The core duo processor is much faster than my old dell 700m.

Weakness: The memory is too small. I have to buy another 1GB memory to make this lappy run faster!

In general, this is a good and solid product from Toshiba. Toshiba has a very good record to make quality laptop computers! The core duo technology used in this laptop is impressive. This is my first core duo laptop and I love it.

Known Issues

Strengths: Small and expandable memory

Weakness: LCD will go bad, speakers are not loud enough, battery life will weaken and eventually not hold a charge, hard drive will freeze up on occasion

Worst laptop that I have ever owned. The battery will eventually not hold a charge after a year or so and the LCD goes bad on a lot fo these. They did not make the speakers very loud either. Sometimes my hard drive will lock up on it as well.

Only 1 memory slot unless you're a technician

Strengths: Speed, size, screen brightness

Weakness: Only one "accessible" memory slot, screen viewing angle

Compusa shipped my M115-S3094 with 512MB. There are 2 memory slots but one is internal and only one is accessible from outside. The 512MB module is sitting in the external module, which means I had to replace it with my 1GB module, wasting 512MB. I removed the keyboard but it seems impossible for a non-technician to get to the internal memory slot! Too many cables in the way and it appears that the entire system board has to be removed in order to add a second memory chip. It makes sense that Toshiba advised this can only be done by a Toshiba technician. 1GB seems to be okay but what a waste - 2 slots should never be advertised as it will cost a lot to have Toshiba add a second memory chip and they might even insist on their own parts only (I use Kingston). The screen is very bright which looks great but just like my other Toshiba displays it turns almost useless if you change the viewing angle. I am spoilt by my IBM Thinkpad 15 inch 1600x1200 flexview display though... As for the normal user this laptop only has 1 memory slot and the screen is pretty bad when changing viewing angles 2 stars are all it deserves. The sound is okay but don't expect high volumes, they don't exist.
- If anyone has found detailed instructions on how to get to the internal memory slot of this model please kindly share!

Strengths: WIFI connectivity, battery life, cost, size, speed, weight, portability, Trubrite screen, sound quality, brand, 4 usb sockets, everything! I can go on for EVER AND EVER ! ! ! !

Weakness: Absolutely nothing important that you will regret, and that makes it a bad choice, basically nothing at all tough ! ! ! !

I got this laptop from frys for 599.99 and i am amazingly happy. It is the best loot at the price, i mean come on! I thought about it and told myself is this a dream no it wasn't this is reality and the reality is this laptop Is absolutely AMAZING! Also 1GB is not necessary for any system running on Microsoft XP unless you are running memory intensive programs, I mean it is all you need an remember that!! The LCD is bright, the CPU is very fast. Other than that, I am quite happy about it. I especially like the full sized keyboard and card reader. The touchpad is a little small but I can live with it. Get This Notebook. PERIOD!

Strengths: Speed, price, size...what else is there?

Weakness: I have to agree with the inadequate memory. The on board 512Mb does not conquer all apps. Also, NO BLUETOOTH.

Here's the deal. At $599 from B-Buy, you can't go wrong with this one. I use it for my DJ applications and after loading up another 512Mb of memory, this guy is smooth sailing. It is a multimedia juggernaut. WIFI is great with awesome reception. This one hangs with many of its counterparts that double its price. If you can get by the bluetooth deficiency, you will not be disappointed.

Good and cheap core duo laptop

Strengths: Good screen, fast CPU and good price

Weakness: None.

Got this computer from circuitcity 2 months ago. Overall it's a good laptop. But I would recommend you to upgrade to 1GB memory at least. Also you need to remove many junk softwares pre-installed in the computer. After that, it will work fine.

The only problem I have is the fan being quite noise, tried to call toshiba customer support but they are not very helpful.

Very nice portable dual-core notebook for $500

Strengths: powerful dual-core, bright lcd, very portable, firewire

Weakness: the keyboard layout is different from my previous dell

Got this lappy at compusa for just $500 after rebate. It's really a steal at this price. I do some intensive computing, and the dual-core make me surf the web while the computation is going on. Toshiba lcd is really nice, much brighter than my previous dell. There are many other nice features with this lappy, such as the dvd writer and the firewire interface. It is currently sold for $600, which i think is still a very good deal.

Great Core Duo affordable Laptop

Strengths: bright screen, hard switch of speakers/WIFI, Bootable from USB devices

Weakness: 512MB memory is a bit short

This is the most affordable duo core laptop existing on the market. 512MB ram is not enough for a duo core system, however, you have one empty slot to upgrade the memory, this is awesome.
BTW, Toshiba's BIOS is much more powerful than that of Dell or HP low lines.

Great Value Laptop for a Core Duo

Strengths: Small, well built, decent price.

Weakness: Features are somewhat limited.

I Bought this for my younger sister to use for school. It's a pretty decent laptop for the price. I might need to upgrade the ram for her though.

very good laptop

Strengths: Small, powerful, inexpensive, lots of out-of-the-box features.

Weakness: The fan is noisy.

With only 512MB of RAM, I had to remove the pre-installed Toshiba software to have more memory. With the exception of that and the noisy fan, overall it's a very good laptop and I intend to keep this for a long time.

I'm really lovin this laptop, thanks for all your reviews! Because I'm not very computer suave, I ditto everyone's comments and give this laptop an A+ for price, size etc. The only thing I don't like is all the junk that's pre-loaded and because I'm not that suave, I'm wondering if someone can assist in helping remove the standard junk that comes with this system. Thanks!

quite reasonable price for a Core Duo laptop

Strengths: The most notable of these is the ability for the system to be used for DVD or CD playback without requiring the OS to be running.

Weakness: About the only really multimedia feature missing is a TV tuner.

Toshiba's Satellite M series notebooks are designed for multimedia and the M115-S3094 is a low cost system with media specific features. Powering the M115-S3094 is the Intel Core Duo T2050 processor. While this is one of the lowest dual core models currently available, it still is a step up from the older single core Pentium M processors.

It comes with 512MB of PC2-4200 DDR2 memory which is standard for a budget oriented system but won't run as smoothly as one with a full gigabyte.

Great for the Money!

Strengths: Size, Weight, Screen, Speed, Price, DUAL CORE!!

Weakness: Lots of junk pre-installed, battery is average.

Bought this from Bestbuy for $600 2 weeks ago and love it. Make sure you do a fresh install of Windows XP because it will make it 1000% faster. Battery life is around 3:15 which is shorter then my previous laptop which got well over 4 hours web surfing, but this is a lot more powerful. Vista Aero compatible when you get another stick of 512MB RAM. Small, light at 5lbs (compared to almost 7lbs for the 15.4" laptops)

Nice laptop for the price.

Strengths: Lots of features for the price.

Weakness: Lots of garbage software installed.

I am definately not disappointed with this laptop. I would not hesitate to purchase again. This is a nice sized laptop for travelling. More memory is easily installed. The screen is nice, without making the laptop too big/heavy.

nice laptop for personal use

Strengths: light weight, solid built, nice wide screen.

Weakness: The ventilating fan on the left side is a bit noisy. The key board is not solid enough.

This laptop is good for personal use. Core duo is fast enough for ordinary daily word processing and computing. The price is reasonable for a laptop of this configuration. This laptop does not have integrated blue tooth but there is a PC card slot for the bluetooth adapter. Anyway, if you are not going to use this laptop for graphic processing, it's the right laptop for you.

Good for the price you paid.

Strengths: Pretty solid display. The cpu is obviously faster than my old Pentium 1.73ghz for playing WC. I love the keyboard too.

Weakness: You will need to add 512MB memory for it if you are trying to watch a big movie.

I got this laptop a month ago from Bestbuy at 650. It's pretty good for what you paid. You can watch movie without big problems (a few times there was some delay if you watch large file movie but I think that's only the memory is less than 1GB, pretty commond). I can play WC in it without any problem. Pretty happy on it.

Toshiba Satellite M115-S3094

Priced well below a grand, the Toshiba Satellite M115-S3094 delivers solid specs and dual-core performance in a lightweight design. It doesn't last very long on a charge, and the ergonomics could be better, but you get a fair amount of bang for your buck.
