Excellent wall charger and sync cableStrengths: Wall charger small, foldable prongs, low price, comes with USB sync cable Weakness: None found so far This charger is a great value and product overall. It works as well as an official Apple one and includes a USB cable, too. Small size makes travelling convenient and now a computer is not necessary to charge your iPod. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

great productStrengths: Very good charger. Strong heavy long cable. Easy to use. Weakness: none that i know of. This is a real nice product that is relatively cheap if you want something that will actually work. It charges your ipod as you go, works with the ipod photo. Simple to use, and it can be used as a charger and a data transfer cable. overall, i'm satisfied with this product. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Good alternative to Apple's USB wall chargerStrengths: Affordable, compact, includes a dock cable Weakness: LED light does not tell when the iPod is fully charged Sonnet's USB wall charger works well. It's a solid and cheaper alternative to Apple's USB wall charger. A bonus is a dock cable that comes with Sonnet USB wall charger, whereas Apple's wall charger does not include the cable. I don't understand the LED on the Sonnet charger, however. When an iPod is connected, the light always stays red. When nothing is connected, it is green. The LED does not indicate when the iPod is fully charged. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Better than expectedStrengths: Smaller than the Apple wall block; LED to show connection to the wall and changes to amber when charging; collapsable prongs; 100-240V worldwide compatibility Weakness: None I purchased this on a whim because I need a filler item, but this turned out to be a great buy. It is simple and does exactly what is says. I like that it is small since I travel a lot. Personally I think folding prongs should be mandated on any DC converters and this one has it. The worldwide compatibility was a plus especially since I am soon to leave the country. Can't vouch for long term durability, but it looks/feels sturdy. Would highly recommend. Sonnet Ipod Wall ChargerStrengths: Price, Size, USB cable included Weakness: None noted Compact wall charger with USB cable all for less than what you would pay for an extra USB cable from the OEM. Works as described with Ipod with video. Appreciate the folding plug feature for compact travel. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? TopSponsored Links

Works Well With Others!
Strengths: Small, sleek, and compact size makes traveling a breeze to store. Has the convenient light to indicate charging (orange brown color) and fully charged (yellow green color)
Weakness: None
I do not own an ipod.. which may have you wondering why did I buy this? Well I recently purchased a sandisk sansa e250 mp3 player which did not include any form of charger. Of course, sandisk doesnt sell chargers and gives this idea that you could only charger through your computer.. All that changed this afternoon when I recieved this charger and my new mp3 player in the mail. I plugged the player with its cable, then to the charger and in a few quick hours, It was fully charged and I was ready to go. It does what it says and not only charges ipods, but other usb charging devices as well. So if you purchaed a device without a charger but could charge through a usb port, than I would definitely recommend this for travel or even home use.

Hi,
I also bought the e250 Sandisk MP3 player and as I read your review on this, I also bought the same charger. But I am not able to charge my MP3 player with this charger. The LED goes green when I plug that charger into wall socket and when I connect to my MP3 player it goes red but it doesn't charge my player and the power status bar on the player(small green sign of battery) doesn't change as it changes usually when you charge with the USB and laptop. Please let me know if my piece is defective so that I can replace it.
Thanks.

hey rexzone1,
the charger is supposed to show charging on the battery picture on the botton of the sandisk screen, just like if you plugged in your usb computer port. it should charge and if you dont see a change, then replace it and it should work fine. i got it charged way faster than i did with usb and reccomend you give it another try.
